CALICO annual conferences can meet anytime from spring break to July, depending upon the available time of the host institution. When we are able to meet face-to-face, the duration is five days, consisting of hands-on workshops, plenary speakers, regular paper sessions, poster sessions, digital poster sessions/demonstrations, special interest group meetings, awards ceremony, and socials.
