Conference 2023 Lodging and More

This year CALICO has blocked rooms at The Graduate hotel on campus as well as dorm rooms. You are also welcome to find your own lodging in Minneapolis. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the campus if you do choose an outlying hotel.

Room rates are valid through May 1, 2023. After that date rooms and rates are subject to availability. Early reservations are recommended as rooms, or certain types of rooms, may sell out prior to May 1.

Dorm Room Lodging

We are way past the dorm’s stated final reservation date.  You can attempt to check in at the dorm without a reservation and see if they will place you but no guarantees this close to conference time.  If you do get into a room at the last minute, you will need to see Esther Horn at the registration desk to pay the rental rate plus a late fee of $25.

Room Rates: Double $41.48/night per person; Single $55.13/night per person

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION

Parking is available on campus for $11.00 per day in a parking garage/ramp for a full day rate with unlimited entry and exit.

Campus is also within blocks of the light rail stop and bus stops. There are three Green Line light rail stops on campus (West Bank, East Bank, Stadium Village). The Green Line connects to the Blue Line, which goes directly to the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport. https://www.metrotransit.org/

There is a dining center, Pioneer Hall, next door to our residence hall and close to presentation venue and Graduate Hotel.  Meals may be purchased at the door using a credit card.
