On the hotel registration page, click “Add Code +” and then select “Group Code.” Enter CALICO0726 to receive conference rates of $140 a night per room. Room rates do not include the Bed Tax 6% or the Sales Tax 6.5%.

Looking for a low-frills option that is still just a few minutes away from the conference center? We’ll have rooms available in a nearby residence hall. While not as comfortable as a hotel room, you’ll still get the basics for an affordable price during the conference.

CHECK IN: Please check in directly at McBride Residence Hall. Attendants shoud be on duty by 3:00pm each day.
CHECK OUT: Keycards can be left at either the McBride Residence Hall desk or at the Marcum Conference Center Hotel Desk.
Reservations available Monday, July 6th 2026 through Sunday, July 12th 2026.
Cost is $96.75 per room/per night (plus tax). A 2-night minimum stay is required and all reservations are charged a 10% online processing fee.
Be sure to click “Register Now” in the form and create an account in the Miami housing system, especially if you think that you may need to make changes to your reservation.
