CALICO 2026 Conference Registration — Regular registration includes attendance at all face-to-face and virtual events. Face-to-face events are taking place on the Miami University campus and any virtual items will all be available through the Whova portal. Events include all presentations whether live or virtual, plenary speakers, meetings, and social meetups. If you require only virtual access (this option only applies to virtual presenters), there is a reduced rate option you may choose for access only within Whova. There will be no live events through the virtual portal.
Refund Policy: Full registration refunds available for cancellations before June 7, 2026, contact info@calico.org. Partial refunds available June 7 – July 6. No refunds after July 6 and the start of the conference.
